Council meetings in 2009 will commence on Wednesday the 28th January 2009. All following meetings will be held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month and commence at 3.30pm.

Questions from the public are heard between 5.30pm and 6.00pm during Ordinary Meetings of Council.

Questions are to be written on the prescribed form (copies available in the Council Chamber) and those wishing to ask questions should first give their name and the topic of the question. They must be read by the member of the public asking the question and handed in at the conclusion of the meeting. The duration of the question is limited to three (3) minutes and the number of questions permitted by each speaker is a maximum of three (3).
